This a beautifully decorated Florida style house with 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen open to the living room, a fabulous Library room and a complete laundry room, 2 car garage and relax by the beautiful heated pool area where there is always some shade and lots of comfy chairs and dining table, completely screened in so no bugs or leaves. Small well behaved pets are welcomed. Located in the prestigious Sebastian Highlands close to the ocean and just 1/4 mile from the Sebastian Golf Club.
Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to take to the Ocean are available in the garage. And the kitchen is well equipped with all the guests and friends would need to an enjoyable stay. There is a propane BBQ on the pool deck and after swimming a handy shower with lots of pool towels too. The storage bin on the deck has children's pool toys and life jackets.
If you see small planes in the sky above the pool, the local Sebastian Airport has a Skydiving training center. It is super fun to watch the skydivers on their routines. Some nights have night diving!!!
