This 2BR/BA condo in Emerald Pointe's Yacht Club Complex is next door to the Emerald Pointe Marina and is minutes to everything Branson has to offer. You are 10 minutes to Branson's famous 76 Strip, home to all of Branson's world class shows, museums and attractions. This property is also 10 minutes from the Branson Landing with some of the best shopping in the area, as well as 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City. This Yacht Club condo is truly in the best location to enjoy everything Branson has to offer! Truly, the best part of this unit is how close it is to the lake, just a short walk down to a little trail with a low incline that is doable for all guests. Our building is right next to the pool so easy to get there and cool off!
Beds and Baths
This Emerald Pointe Condo features 2 king sized bedrooms. Each bedroom has a television. The living area has a full sleeper sofa, so there is plenty of room to sleep 6 comfortably. Perfect for 2 couples or an extended family with grandparents.
There are two full bathrooms in the Yacht Club condo at Emerald Pointe. The master bath has an oversize Jaccuzzi jetted tub with shower, while the hall bathroom has a standard tub/shower combo.
Fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen is ready for all your meals, whether a quick breakfast or a full meal. You'll find all you need: silverware, several small appliances, pans, dishes and more. The dining area has a bar height table, it's a great space to share a meal together and discuss the days activities, or sit around and play a board game. The spacious sunroom also has a dinning area. There is a private electric grill right out the front door with easy access from the kitchen. The open floor plan means those in the kitchen are still in the conversation with everyone in the living area and dining room. The washer and dryer in the condo will let you pack lightly too.
Living Areas
After you have spent the day down by the lake, gather everyone for a board game or a movie in this great living area! It has two large chairs including a recliner and a sofa ready for all your relaxing and entertaining times together. The living area has a full size sleeper sofa and flat screen tv, so it can easily serve as a third sleeping area.
When you want some more space or some fresh air, step out to the enclosed sunroom. There are doors to it off the living area and the master bedroom. It has a sitting area as well as an eating area. Perfect for spending time with family.

There's so much to do in the Branson area: 100's of live theatre and music shows, dining, shopping, amusement parks, outdoor recreation and more. This property is close to everything you could want, 10 minutes to the Branson Strip, 10 minutes to the Branson Landing and 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City. Hear the lake lapping on the shore and walk down to the lake. The marina is right next door with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, there are no grills allowed at the condo and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows.
