Positive: The location was great. The neighborhood is very nice. The hosts were responsive to our requests. The house is very roomy and comfortable.

Negative: The house needs a thorough cleaning. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty; we had to wash everything in the cupboards before we used them. The dishwasher needs replacing, it is pretty worthless. The exterior of the home was very dirty. The porch, the windows, the doors, the entry. All had cobwebs, bird poop, and years of dirt buildup. The carpets in the bedrooms and area rug in the living room need to be replaced, they are very old, matted and quite dirty. We had to ask for someone to come clean after we arrived. They sent the handyman and his daughter to clean only what we complained about. The place needs a top to bottom, professional cleaning before anyone else stays there.

Summary: Great location, very roomy and comfortable, just needs a deep cleaning.
