This spacious condo with vaulted ceilings features two fully furnished bedrooms. The primary bedroom, located on the second level, offers a queen bed, private bath, flat-screen TV, A/C, and ceiling fan. The adjoining open loft includes a sleeper sofa and ceiling fan. The second full bedroom on the first level has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and accommodates six in the dining area. The living room is air-conditioned and includes a flat-screen TV/DVD and comfortable furnishings. Sliding doors open to a patio with an outdoor gas grill and seating. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
