The first and second bedrooms share a bathroom on the entry-level. The third poolside bedroom features a private bath and its own private entrance to the pool area. The new basement wet bar with butcher block countertops includes a built-in ice maker and refrigerator making it a perfect place to have a family happy hour. The open area also features a pool table, multicade machine, and flat-screen TV for endless hours of fun and excitement. The laundry nook is located midlevel. The recently refreshed fourth bedroom is upstairs and includes a full bathroom. The fifth and sixth bedrooms also have been updated and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The seventh and eighth bedrooms are both oceanfront rooms with deck access and private en suite baths. Bedroom nine also features an en suite bath. Recent upgrades to the home include a completely remodeled third-floor great room with new flooring, updated furniture, a gas fireplace, and a TV with streaming capability.
