We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe. The Space: Our one bedroom apartment is a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy coffee. There is one full bathroom and free parking on the property for visitors. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! The apartment is only accessible via stairs and does not have an elevator. We apologize in advance for any additional outside noise you might experience during your stay. Guest Access: You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. The Neighborhood: Escape to Tempe! Check out Culinary Dropout for a unique dining experience, or spend some time exploring the beautiful desert landscape. Not an outdoors person? You can enjoy the afternoon shopping or learning about Arizona's Native American culture by visiting one of Tempe's many art and cultural museums. There's a limitless amount of things to do in Tempe! Getting Around: Experience Riverside like the locals! Walk to any number of places to get a delicious bite to eat after a long day of shopping in one of many adorable shops. Lyft and Uber are also great options when it comes to finding a way to get around. If you feel like going Downtown for a day, you can hop on board the Valley Metro Rail to explore Tempe, as well as nearby Phoenix and Mesa! Other Things to Note: We have a strict 11am checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to schedule! Please make sure to book with your real name. PLEASE NOTE: There are currently renovations going on in the building. There is frequent noise from power tools and construction crews in addition to the smell of fresh paint. If you are sensitive to any of these things, this location may not be a good fit for the time being. Interaction with Guests: Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
