This ground-level, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo backs up to a pine forest and offers easy access to the bike paths of Sunriver. There are two small, enclosed patios (with a grill), and the kitchen is fully appointed to make cooking a breeze.
Two bedrooms with Queen beds are nicely separated for privacy, with a full size sleeper sofa in the living room offering more room for your group to spread out. This condo also includes a washer and dryer in the unit.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
