This beautiful 3BR 2 BA property features an amazing outdoor area that has an in-ground pool, a poolside bar and a patio with a gas grill. With all that fun, you may not even want to go to the beach! Inside you will enjoy the care and time that went into decorating this lovely home. It features, hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, updated bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV. There is a washer/dryer and even a wine refrigerator. Wireless internet is available so you can stay connected during your trip.
Situated in the quiet community in Caine Woods, this property has quiet streets for bike riding, neighborhood parks for playing and is conveniently located to North Side Park, where you will find a 58-acre sports complex with tons of activities, including two fishing piers! There is no shortage of things to do with nearby activities such fantastic restaurants/bars, a movie theater, water parks, miniature golf, go-carts and even laser tag. The bay will be your playground with nearby rentals of jet skis, pontoon boats, paddle boards and kayaks!

* Linens & towels are included for rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only.
* There is a private driveway that will fit 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is also available.
* The outdoor pool will open the 2nd week of April and typically closes late Sept weather permitted. It is not heated.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
