Welcome to the Capitola Village Overlook! This fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental features ocean and mountain views and is situated in the desirable Jewel Box neighborhood of Capitola, overlooking Soquel Creek and the Capitola Village. This beach house is dog-friendly and features a huge master bedroom, two fireplaces and wet-bar in living room.

The kitchen has recently been remodeled and is an open space that includes the dining and living area(s) - well laid out for group socialization in comfort - and opens up to a balcony with ocean views.
