The amenities are EPIC, located on a large, salt water basin, very private feel, 1/4 mile from the Intracoastal. Dolphins visit nearly every day, enjoy fishing from the dock, using provided kayaks or SUP and/or ask about bringing your own boat.
The entire back of the house is covered allowing 4 separate seating areas, settee w/ TV & propane fire pit, bar w/ refrigerator, large dining table w/ BBQ and conversation area w/ 2 chairs. All overlooking the basin and the heated salt water pool.
The location also boasts minutes from grocery store, dining out w/ live music, beach access, golf and shopping at European Village. Need more? 30 minutes North to St Augustine or 30 minutes South to Daytona!
