House sits on a bluff 100 feet above the ocean with direct beach access via stairs just steps from the front door. Gorgeous deck equipped with dining table, gas grill and Hammock and inside great entertaining space to the open kitchen living area with a comfortable sectional sofa and flat screen tv. The house is on 3 levels. The beach lower level has 1 bedroom, playroom including a second TV for the kids. Lower level has a full bath including a shower. The main level has 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans in each bedroom. Full bath on main with shower. Front loader washer/dryer on the mail bedroom level. . The upper level consists of the living room, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, flat screen TV, A?V along with 2 decks offering the most spectacular ocean views. HIgh speed WIFI is provided.
Easy access to the amazing restaurants, bars and culture in Wellfleet and P-Town. P-Town is about 20 minutes and offers the 90 minute ferry to Boston and the Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard ferries from Hyannis are just 45 minutes from the house.
