Enjoy your coffee in front of the electric fireplace or while sitting on the beautiful patio overlooking green pastures, a pond and property animals Preacher the horse, Angel the mini horse, chickens, ducks and a couple pygmy goats, Oreo and Cookie. In front of cottage is a big beautiful bonfire pit as well as a game of horseshoes to enjoy the nostalgic outdoors. Behind the cottage is a creek bed that sometimes will have water in it but also is a great place to hike up and listen to the abundant wildlife in our area. We provide a propane bbq pit, linens, towels, dish and hand soap, toilet paper, pots/pans and dishes. Just show up and be ready to enjoy this relaxing cottage!
Cottage is located close to town and only 1/2 mile to Sweet Berry Farm. There is so many activities in our beautiful town of Marble Falls to do: hiking at Inks Lake, mountain biking at Spider mountain, UTV riding at Hidden Falls Adventure Park, boating at all the surrounding lakes, enjoying different festivals downtown Marble Falls, wine tasting at the many surrounding wineries, picking flowers/pumpkins and many more at the nearby Sweet Berry Farm, and much more!
Farm fresh eggs and bundles of firewood are available for purchase from our onsite managers Jimmy and Nancy.
We are pet friendly but we do ask that you pay $25 per pet non-refundable pet fee with prior approval from management. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, especially the beds. Pet fee will need to be paid via venmo or cash app prior to check in. Also pets must stay on a leash when outside as we do have other pets on the property and some of our animals are not fans of dogs.
