Our house is located just three short blocks from Alberta street in the colorful Alberta Arts District, which has many wonderful restaurants, quirky boutiques and creative street art installations. This adorable bungalow was constructed in 1904, and has been extensively remodeled in the more than 100 years since. Though we are right in the heart of the bustling Alberta Arts District, our street itself is very quiet. The house features a large great room, kitchen, laundry room, backyard and a beautiful, 600 square foot wrap-around porch. The house is equipped with baseboard heaters in each room, and also features a fully functional pellet stove in the great room. If you’re musically inclined, you’ll love our upright Wurlitzer piano, also in the great room. The continuous layout of the house from the kitchen into the great room makes it a great one for dinner parties.
