Enjoy a welcoming stay in this bright one-bedroom Hackney home, filled with books, warm Moroccan touches and thoughtful details. Peaceful yet wonderfully well located, it is ideal for relaxed travellers who appreciate comfort, character and the feeling of staying in a real home.
The flat is suitable for one or two guests and has a double bed, reliable Wi-Fi and a workspace. It is located on the second floor and is accessible by lift.
You’ll have this bright and spacious one-bedroom flat entirely to yourself.
The bedroom is a cosy, calming sanctuary, with shelves and hanging space available for your belongings. The bathroom has both a bath and shower, while the generous hallway makes the flat feel open and easy to move around.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the comfortable living room includes a dining area and a dedicated desk for anyone who needs to work or stay connected during their visit.
This is my own home rather than a purpose-built holiday let, so some of my personal belongings will remain in the flat. You are very welcome to enjoy the books during your stay; please return them to their shelves before leaving and kindly leave other personal belongings untouched.
Kitchen:
Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil are provided for your stay.
Please wash any dishes you use and dispose of excessive rubbish before checking out. The bin room is on the ground floor, to the left of the building’s front door.
Books, artwork and personal belongings:
You are very welcome to read the books during your stay. Please return them to the same place afterwards, wherever possible.
The artwork and decorative objects are there to be enjoyed visually, but please do not handle or move them. Kindly leave all other personal belongings untouched.
Bathroom:
To switch on the bathroom light, gently pull the calabash decoration in the upper-right corner. It is attached to the light cord.
Please flush only toilet paper. A bin is provided for all other bathroom waste.
Complimentary shower gel and fresh towels are provided.
Bedroom:
Fresh bed linen and one set of towels are provided for each guest. Please use only the towels left out for your stay and do not take additional towels or linen from the cupboards.
Please remove outdoor shoes before entering the bedroom.
Noise:
This is a peaceful residential building, so please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and at night.
Checking out:
Check-out is by 11am. Please leave promptly, as the cleaner may be arriving shortly afterwards.
Before leaving, please:
Wash any dishes you have used
Dispose of excessive rubbish
Close all windows
Switch off the lights
Check that you have all your belongings
Lock the door and return the keys as instructed
If you would like to request a later check-out, please contact the management team through the booking platform in advance. It cannot be guaranteed but may be accommodated where possible.
The location couldn’t be lovelier. The flat is just a five-minute walk from Broadway Market and its cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, yoga studios, gyms, cinema and weekend market. It is nestled between the green spaces of London Fields and Victoria Park, with a bus stop conveniently located just outside the building.
This is my much-loved home rather than a purpose-built holiday let, and my personal belongings will remain in the flat. I ask guests to treat the space with the same care they would their own.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is promptly by 11am, as the cleaner may arrive shortly afterwards.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in and check-out times are flexible where possible, but standard times of 15:00 check-in and 11:00 check-out may apply when there are same-day arrivals/departures.
Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times:
From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40*
From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65*
From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100*
*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day the charge will be £100 and checkin has to be before 18:00 latest)
These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.
If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.
If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.
If there is a sofa bed available, please inform us in advance if you need it set up.
Cleaning and Linen:
The cleaning fee includes preparation of the property and one fresh linen and towel set per registered guest. Additional linen or towels must be requested in advance.
Opening a fresh linen pack incurs a £30 charge per pack, even if only some items are used. Each pack includes bed linen and large and small towels.
Guests must leave the property reasonably clean and tidy. Excessive rubbish, dirty dishes or excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge.
Parties and Noise:
Parties, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited. The property is for registered guests only and is located in a residential area, so excessive noise or disturbance is not permitted.
A breach may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund for remaining nights and a £500 charge, plus any costs for damage or additional cleaning.
Smoking:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property and in all external areas, including gardens, balconies, terraces and patios. A £150 charge applies for any breach.
Pets:
Pets are only permitted where specifically stated in the listing or agreed in advance.
Keys and Lockouts:
Lost, damaged or unreturned keys, or assistance required due to being locked out, will incur a charge starting from £100, depending on the key and assistance required.
Additional Charges:
Cash payments are not accepted. Any applicable additional charges must be paid using the payment method requested by the management team.
