Welcome to 329 Upper Humbird, located in the peaceful and desirable neighborhood of Ponder Point, just east of Sandpoint. This property is the perfect home base for your north Idaho vacation, as it’s only 7 minutes to downtown Sandpoint and 25 minutes to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort.
The cheerful two-story home consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. It is absolutely ideal for a family or group of friends. The traditional layout features a spacious kitchen area, family room with a gas fireplace and TV, private dining and living rooms - all on the main level. During the summer season, guests can sit back and relax on the covered wrap around front porch.
Upstairs you will find all four bedrooms - the primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath. There are two guest bedrooms each with a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a full/double bed. All bedrooms are complete with luxury linens and the full size bath has a bath/shower combination. Amenities include high-speed internet, central air conditioning and a private hot tub.
Step outside to an expansive patio and large grassy backyard, perfect for outdoor activities, al fresco dining, or soaking in the hot tub – all while taking in the views of Schweitzer and the nearby mountains.
Perfect for train lovers, you'll enjoy the occasional rumble as trains pass by, though rest assured, the train does not blow its horn nearby. However, please note that this home may not be ideal for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise and vibrations, as the proximity to the tracks could result in some disturbances, particularly at night.
