Less than one mile to beautiful downtown Aiken, this cozy, private 1945 home is close to everything. Including Highland Fields Event Center. With its own unique private backyard including a putting green, firepit, cornhole and Yard Yahtzee to make your experience fun.
The private backyard is spacious with updated landscaping and several places to sit and enjoy the day. There is a pergola off the back of the house and a screened in porch off the side.
Do you like golf? Try out the putting green that has 5 holes, putters, golf balls and light up golf balls so you can play at night. Or try your hand at disc golf.
Enjoy shopping and restaurants downtown including Amp the Alley on Thursday nights at 6:30 pm starting March 31st going through October.
When you walk into the right is bedroom one with an en-suite bathroom that includes a full tiled shower. To the left of walking in is the living room and door to side screened in porch.
Past the living room is a spacious dining room and updated kitchen. The kitchen has a large pantry behind the sliding barn door, gas range, new French door refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room/mud room and access to the back yard.
To the right of the dining room is a hallway that leads to the other 2 bedrooms. There is a spacious bathroom in between that has a tub/shower. These 2 bedrooms can be closed off from the rest of the house for even more privacy.
