The historic River House is the cornerstone of the Estate providing comfort for every generation. Built from rocks pulled out of the Frio River, vintage hardwood floors, bead board ceilings & plantation shutters capture the morning sunlight, yet offers cool shade in the evening. Comfortable indoor dining tables seat 18.
The quaint breakfast kitchen #1 has vaulted ceilings, gas stove/oven & stainless appliances. There's a Huge Master bedroom w/ original wood floors, romantic 4 poster Pottery Barn King bed & custom built-in twin bunk beds. Texas-sized full bath. A child's daybed is tucked into an alcove, with half bath.

Covered sitting porch leads to private romantic, whitewashed oasis. Floor-to-ceiling white rock fireplace, wood floors, 16’ vaulted ceiling, wooden beams & open air river rock shower.
