The main living space of this 3300 square foot home is bright and airy with enormous windows that bring its spectacular views inside. ** A tram is used to get up and down from the dock and there is a strict 600 lb weight limit per ascent and descent. Guests are responsible for repairs due to excessive weight on the tram, and understand there is no other safe way down to the dock **
