Summary: Overall our stay was not great. When we got there the room was very musty and had an unpleasant odor. The room was okay but definitely wasn’t in line with the price we paid for it. The linens had a strong fabric softener scent and the coffee pot had old coffee grinds in it. The thing that especially made our stay not pleasant was feeling nickle and dimed every step of the way. We had to pay $25 since we came out of town and checked in after 9pm, which just included putting our key in an envelope. In the restaurant we met a friend for lunch and had to pay an $.80 fee to split the check—which was just annoying. WiFi was included in our stay but it was shut off the morning we checked out, which was incredibly inconvenient as there is no cell service so we couldn’t do simple things like use GPS to begin navigation home or be in contact with our kids. Our friends had the issue of their WiFi being shut off the night before.
