The lower level features 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 queens and the other with 1 full bed and one twin beds. These rooms share 1 full bath. incredible media room with a high-definition projection home theater system w/ 144" screen. There's also a full wet bar w/ a wine fridge and a full commercial gym setup complete with cable machine, free weights and commercial treadmill.
