The Space:
You will be renting the entire single family home, there are no adjoining units! There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
1st floor : 1 full bathroom with shower/tub combo
2nd floor : 2 private bedrooms, each with a king bed. 1 full bathroom with stand up shower
3rd floor : 2 private bedrooms: 1 with two double beds and 1 XL twin. 1 with 1 double bed and 1 XL twin. 1 full bathroom with shower/tub combo
The entire fenced in back yard is your private oasis to enjoy!
There is a parking pad in the rear of the home that can fit at least 2 vehicles and has a private gated entry into the back yard and back door to the home.

However, since it is right in the city, there is city noise and plenty of traffic and hustle and bustle. We want to make sure guests know this prior to booking.
